Branding & websites for education & learning

Design that earns trust in education & learning.

Private schools, post-secondary institutions, tutoring & online learning platforms. Sites that inspire confidence in students and parents alike.

Education sites serve many audiences at once. Clear paths for each, a sense of community and easy enrolment make all the difference. We design for students, parents and staff — each looking for something different — and for the way they actually decide.

Education & learning branding

Make it easy to enrol.

Schools, training providers and e-learning platforms need to explain programs clearly, show outcomes and make registration easy. Learners and organizations compare options carefully, and they leave when the next step isn’t obvious.

We design for education and training: a rebrand and training-first website for AGE Inc. with an education calendar and registration, an online lesson platform for Coachstack, a website for Further Learning Group and apprenticeship training materials for South 49.

Training materials too: see publication design and presentation design.

Why education & learning teams choose Envy.

We’ve worked with organizations like Montcalm Community College, and a small private school or tutoring service gets the same senior attention from us. We design brands and websites that help students and parents find the right program, understand how to apply and feel confident in their choice.

We learn your world first

Discovery covers your market, competitors, and the students, parents and staff who each come looking for something different, before any design begins. We plan the site so every group finds its own path quickly.

Clarity over clutter

Clean design and plain language make programs, admissions and fees easy to understand. Deadlines, requirements and next steps are laid out clearly, so families don’t have to dig through PDFs to find answers.

Proof, front and centre

Accreditations, outcomes and student stories sit exactly where decisions are made. Real voices from students, parents and graduates help a family picture themselves as part of your community.

Built to convert

Every page leads somewhere: a campus tour, an application, an information session or an enquiry. Clear calls to action on every program page help turn interest into enrolment.

Beyond their technical expertise, what truly stood out was how personally invested the team was in our success. They took the time to understand our business priorities and consistently aligned their work to meet those objectives.

We had an incredibly short and aggressive timeline that Envy Design Co. met, delivering an incredible website. After the websites were launched, leads continued to come in.

Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to measurable outcomes made them feel like genuine partners rather than just a vendor. They are terrific.

Frequently asked questions.

Can you build course registration or a calendar into our website?

Yes. We have designed education calendars, registration flows and learning portal landing pages. If people can't find a course date or finish signing up, a great program gets overlooked.

An education website should make the path from interest to enrolment as short as possible. That means clear course pages with dates, formats and requirements, a calendar that's easy to filter and a registration flow that doesn't ask for more than it needs. Depending on your setup, we can design around your existing registration or learning management system, or recommend options. We'll also make sure your team can add new courses and dates easily as your offering changes.

Do you design training manuals and workbooks?

Yes. We design manuals, log books and workbooks that learners can actually use. Training materials have one job, helping people learn, and good design makes a big difference to how well they do it.

We organize content into clear sections, use headings and page layouts that make information easy to find, and add diagrams, checklists and space for notes where they help. Workbooks need room to write; log books need simple, repeatable layouts; manuals need strong navigation. We can design for print, digital PDF or both, and set up templates so your team can update content over time. Consistent branding also makes your training materials feel professional and trustworthy.

Do you only work with education & learning businesses?

No, but we understand education and learning well, and we bring lessons from every industry we work in. Our clients also include professional services, healthcare, trades, non-profits, startups and more.

Working across sectors helps us design better for learners. E-commerce experience sharpens registration and checkout flows, trades and healthcare projects remind us to write for busy people, and publication design keeps our manuals and workbooks readable. We pair that with what education websites and training materials need: clear course information, accessible design and content that's easy to update. Whether you run a training organization, a college program or a professional learning platform, you get specialist care with a broader view.

How much does a project cost?

Branding projects start at $7,500 and custom websites at $15,000. Every project is quoted individually after a free consultation, so pricing reflects your programs and goals rather than a fixed package.

For education websites, scope depends on how many courses or programs you offer, registration or calendar integrations, learning portal connections and content writing. Print work like manuals, workbooks and log books is usually quoted by page count and complexity. In the consultation we'll talk about your learners, your current systems and what you want to improve, then send a clear written quote you can share with your team or board.

How long will it take?

Most branding projects take 6–10 weeks and most websites 8–20 weeks. Education projects often have natural deadlines, like an enrolment period or the start of a term, so tell us early.

We'll plan the schedule around your key dates and build in time for content, which is often the biggest variable: course descriptions, schedules, instructor bios and policies all need gathering and approval. Training manuals and workbooks depend on how final the content is when we start. After the consultation you'll get a realistic timeline with review points that fit your team, and we'll flag anything that might put a launch date at risk.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. If your brand is in good shape we'll design within it; if not, we'll tell you honestly. Many education organizations have a well-known logo and just need a website or training materials that do it justice.

We'll review how your brand works across your website, course materials, certificates and marketing. If it's clear, consistent and readable, including for learners with accessibility needs, we'll design within it. If it looks dated, feels inconsistent across programs or no longer reflects who you serve, we'll explain where it's falling short and suggest options, from a refresh to a full rebrand. You choose the direction that suits your organization.
