Branding & websites for non-profits
Design that earns trust in non-profits.
Charities, community foundations, associations & advocacy organizations. Sites that turn visitors into donors and supporters into advocates.
You need to inspire and reassure at the same time: tell a moving story, prove impact, and make giving effortless. We design for donors, volunteers, partners and the people you serve — and for the way they actually decide.
Branding & websites for non-profits
Inspire people to give, join and act.
Non-profits ask a lot of their websites: tell the story, show impact, recruit volunteers, take donations and serve the people who need help, often with a small team. Every page has to work hard and be easy to update.
For Rosalie Hall we redesigned a website that supports young parents, with clear paths for families, donors and event guests. For Imagine H2O we designed program reports, and for the Timiskaming First Nation, a strategic plan. For Academic Opportunity of Arizona, presentations that made the case for scholarships.

What we build for non-profits.
Let’s make your brand the obvious choice in non-profits.

Why non-profits teams choose Envy.
We’ve worked with organizations like Rosalie Hall, and every cause we work with gets that same senior attention, whatever its budget. For charities, foundations and associations, we design brands and websites that tell your story with care, show where support goes and make giving, volunteering or joining feel simple.
We learn your world first
Discovery covers your landscape and the donors, volunteers, partners and people you serve, before any design begins. Each group needs something different, and we make sure the site speaks to all of them.
Clarity over clutter
Clean design and plain language make your mission and programs easy to understand. Visitors quickly see what you do, who it helps and how they can be part of it, without reading an annual report first.
Proof, front and centre
Impact figures, stories and funder logos sit exactly where decisions are made. Donors want to know their support makes a difference, so we place real outcomes and testimonials right beside the donate button.
Built to convert
Every page leads somewhere: a donation, a sign-up, a volunteer application or an event registration. Giving forms are kept short and trustworthy, because every extra step costs you supporters.
We’ve earned some good company. Recognize anyone?
Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to measurable outcomes made them feel like genuine partners rather than just a vendor. They are terrific.

Beyond their technical expertise, what truly stood out was how personally invested the team was in our success. They took the time to understand our business priorities and consistently aligned their work to meet those objectives.

We had an incredibly short and aggressive timeline that Envy Design Co. met, delivering an incredible website. After the websites were launched, leads continued to come in.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you work with non-profits and charities?
Yes. We have designed websites, reports, plans and presentations for non-profits, charities and First Nations organizations. Mission-driven work is some of the most meaningful work we do.
Non-profit website design has a few jobs at once: explain your cause clearly, build trust with donors and funders, recruit volunteers and make it easy to give or get involved. We also design annual reports, strategic plans and presentations that turn your impact into something people can see and remember. We understand that budgets and boards matter, so we're upfront about scope and help you prioritize what will make the biggest difference for your organization.
Can our team update the website ourselves?
Yes. We build on custom WordPress so your team can add news, events and stories without help. For most non-profits, being able to update the site in-house is essential.
We set up your WordPress website with editing tools that make sense for your content, like news posts, event listings, staff and board pages, and donation or volunteer calls to action. Then we show your team how to use it, so staff and volunteers can keep things current without calling a developer every time. If your organization changes over time, the site can grow with you. We're also available for ongoing support if you'd like someone to handle updates and maintenance.
Do you only work with non-profits businesses?
No, but we understand non-profits well, and we bring lessons from every industry we work in. Our clients include professional services, healthcare, construction, education, startups and more.
That experience is genuinely useful for charities. Marketing and e-commerce work helps us design donation forms that people actually complete, while corporate projects sharpen how we present annual reports and impact data. At the same time, we respect what makes the non-profit sector different: boards, volunteers, limited budgets, sensitive stories and communities that deserve to be represented with care. Whether you're a small charity or a larger organization, you get thoughtful non-profit branding and web design informed by a wider view.
How much does a project cost?
Branding projects start at $7,500 and custom websites at $15,000. Every project is quoted individually after a free consultation, so we can shape the scope around your goals and your budget.
For non-profit websites and branding, the main factors are how much content you have, donation or event integrations, whether you need a full brand identity, and supporting pieces like annual reports or presentations. If you're working with a fixed grant or budget, tell us. We can suggest how to phase the work so the most important pieces come first. After the consultation you'll get a clear written quote that's easy to share with your board or funders.
How long will it take?
Most branding projects take 6–10 weeks and most websites 8–20 weeks. Non-profit projects often depend on board approvals and staff availability, so we plan for that from the start.
If your project is tied to a fundraising campaign, an anniversary, a grant deadline or an annual general meeting, let us know early and we'll build the schedule around it. Content is usually the biggest variable: program descriptions, stories, photos and impact numbers all need gathering and approval. We provide a clear checklist and can help write content if your team is stretched. After your consultation you'll get a realistic timeline with review points that work for your organization.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. If your brand is in good shape we'll design within it; if not, we'll tell you honestly. Many non-profits have a logo with history and community recognition behind it, and that has real value.
We'll review your brand across your website, reports, social media and event materials. If it's consistent and reflects who you are today, we'll design within it. If it looks dated, feels inconsistent or no longer reflects your mission or community, we'll explain where it's falling short and suggest options, from a gentle refresh to a full rebrand. We understand that brand changes in a non-profit often involve your board and community, so we'll help you bring them along.
