Brochure Design
Brochures that are a pleasure to hold.
From trifolds to booklets, we design brochures that people actually read, with clear stories, considered layouts and print quality that makes a real impression.
A brochure is one of the few things a customer can hold. That’s a rare chance to slow down, tell a fuller story and show what your brand feels like. We make the most of it.
What makes a good brochure?
Clear story. Beautiful paper.
A good brochure has a clear purpose, a story that unfolds in the right order and a layout that makes each page easy to scan. The best ones also feel good in the hand, with the right paper, finish and fold for the job.
We have designed trifolds, fold-outs, booklets and benefits guides for clients like Tao Media, Kennion and Deloitte. Each started with what the reader needed to know, and in what order.
Most brochures also live online as PDFs, so we design them to work on screen too. Need a longer piece? See publication design.

Brochures we design.
Any fold, any format.
Let’s design a brochure worth keeping.

From brief to bindery.
Every brochure follows a simple path.
-
01Plan
Purpose & Format
We agree on the goal, audience, format and fold. Is this a leave-behind for sales meetings, a trade show handout or something you’ll mail out? A tri-fold, a saddle-stitched booklet or something a little more unusual?
Those choices shape everything from how much content fits to how the story reveals itself panel by panel. Settling them first means your brochure design is built around how people will actually pick it up and read it.

-
02Write
Content & Flow
We organize the content so the story unfolds in the right order. The cover has to earn the first look, the inside has to deliver, and the back should make the next step obvious.
We can help tighten your copy so it fits the format without feeling cramped. With the content and flow agreed, we know exactly what every panel or page needs to do before a single layout is drawn.

-
03Design
Layout & Design
We design the cover and spreads, then refine with your feedback. Typography, imagery and colour are chosen to reflect your brand and lead readers through the content in a natural order.
You’ll see the brochure as it will look printed and folded, so it’s easy to judge how it reads in the hand rather than just on a screen. Once the design is approved, we get everything ready for the printer.

-
04Print
Print-Ready Files
We prepare files to your printer’s specs, with the right bleed, colour settings and fold positions, so what comes off the press matches what you approved.
We can also manage printing for you, working with the printer on paper stock, finishes and proofs. Either way, you end up with brochures that look as good in hand as they did on screen, ready for your next meeting, event or mail drop.

Why our brochures get kept.
Our brochures get kept because they’re designed for the reader, not just the shelf. We start with the story you need to tell, then choose the format, layout and paper that make it easy to read and pleasant to hold, from a simple trifold to a multi-page booklet.
Reader-first
Clear hierarchy and easy-to-scan pages. Headlines, short sections and well-placed images guide people through the brochure, so the key points land even if they only skim.
Considered formats
The right fold, size and paper for the job. An event handout, a mailer and a premium sales piece each call for different choices, and we help you pick the one that fits.
Print expertise
Files are prepared properly and produced with printers we trust. We look after bleeds, colour and proofs, so the finished brochure matches what you approved.
On brand
Every brochure looks unmistakably like you. Colours, type and photography follow your brand, so the piece sits naturally beside your website and other materials.
We’ve earned some good company. Recognize anyone?
Beyond their technical expertise, what truly stood out was how personally invested the team was in our success. They took the time to understand our business priorities and consistently aligned their work to meet those objectives.

We had an incredibly short and aggressive timeline that Envy Design Co. met, delivering an incredible website. After the websites were launched, leads continued to come in.

Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to measurable outcomes made them feel like genuine partners rather than just a vendor. They are terrific.

Frequently asked questions.
What brochure formats do you design?
Trifolds, bifolds, gatefolds, fold-outs, booklets, guides and digital brochures. We'll recommend the right format for your content and audience.
The right brochure format depends on how much you need to say and how people will use it. A trifold is handy for a quick overview on a counter or at an event. A bifold or booklet gives more room for services, case studies or product details. Gatefolds and fold-outs create a memorable reveal for launches or premium offers. Digital brochures work well for emailing and downloading from your website. We'll look at your content, your audience and your budget, then suggest a brochure design format that suits all three.
Can you help with the writing?
Yes. We can write, edit or structure your content so the brochure reads clearly.
Good brochure design starts with good content. A brochure has limited space, so every section needs a clear purpose, from a strong cover message to the call to action at the end. If we're writing, we'll learn about your business and audience and write concise copy that sounds like you. If you have content, we'll edit and organize it so it flows naturally across the panels or pages. Getting the structure right before design begins saves revisions and helps readers find what matters quickly.
Do you print brochures?
We prepare print-ready files and can coordinate printing with trusted partners.
Print-ready brochure files are set up with the correct dimensions, fold lines, bleed, colour settings and resolution, so the printer can produce them without surprises. If you have a preferred printer, we'll work to their specifications. If not, we can recommend trusted printing partners, help you choose paper stock and finishes, gather quotes and review proofs before the job runs. Paper and finish choices make a real difference to how a brochure feels in the hand, and we're happy to advise on what suits your brand and budget.
Can the brochure work online too?
Yes. We can deliver a digital or interactive PDF version alongside the print files.
A digital brochure is easy to email, share in sales follow-ups and offer as a download on your website. We adjust the layout so it reads well on screen and keep the file size manageable. Interactive PDFs can include clickable links to your website, contact details and navigation between sections, which is especially useful in longer brochures and guides. Designing both versions together keeps your brand consistent and saves time. We'll recommend what makes sense based on how you plan to share it.
How much does brochure design cost?
It depends on the number of pages, the amount of content work and the format. Every project is quoted individually.
A simple trifold using finished content is a smaller project than a multi-page booklet that needs writing, photography direction, infographics and an interactive digital version. Special formats like gatefolds or die-cuts also affect the design work and printing. Printing itself is a separate cost from design, and we can help you get quotes. Tell us about your brochure, who it's for and how you'll use it, and we'll send a clear quote for the brochure design so you know exactly what's included.
