Print & Digital Design
One brand. Every format.
Campaigns that work in print and on screen, from ads and brochures to emails, banners and social, all designed as one consistent system.
Your customers don’t see channels. They see your brand, on a billboard, in an inbox, on their phone. When every piece looks like it belongs together, each one makes the others stronger.
What is print and digital design?
Designed to travel.
Print and digital design means creating materials that work across formats: a campaign that runs as a print ad, an email, a web banner and a social post, or a brochure that also lives as an interactive PDF. Each version is designed for its format, but they all share one system.
For ReleasePoint we designed a pitch deck, launch ad, website and email together; for The Sky Guys, a van wrap, sell sheet and ad campaign; for BD Diabetes Care, materials across print and digital.
It all starts with a strong brand. See branding and identity design.

What we design.
Campaigns and materials for every channel.
Let’s make your brand work everywhere.

How we make it consistent.
One idea, many formats.
-
01Concept
Campaign Idea
We develop the core idea and key visual, the central concept that ties your campaign together. A strong idea is simple enough to work on a billboard and flexible enough to work in a social post.
We present the concept with the thinking behind it and refine it with your feedback. Once the idea is locked in, we build the design system that will carry it across every print and digital format.

-
02System
Design System
We build the layout system that will flex across formats. Logo placement, type styles, colour use and image treatment are all defined, so the campaign stays recognizable whether it’s printed on paper or glowing on a screen.
This system is what makes consistency possible across many sizes and channels. It saves time and keeps your print and digital design aligned, so adapting each piece in the next step is quick and accurate.

-
03Adapt
Adaptation
We design each format, print and digital. Posters, brochures, banner ads, social graphics, email headers and more are adapted from the system, each one tailored to its size and how people will see it.
A message that works on a printed page may need to be shorter or bolder online, and we adjust for that without losing the core idea. You review the full set before we prepare the final files.

-
04Deliver
Files
Print-ready and digital files for every channel. Print files include bleed and colour settings for professional printing, while digital files are sized and optimized for websites, ads, email and social media.
Everything is clearly organized and named, so your team, printer or media partners can find what they need quickly. Your campaign is ready to roll out everywhere at once, looking consistent wherever people come across it.

Why one team matters.
Consistency is easier when one team designs it all. When the same people create your ads, brochures, emails, banners and social posts, every piece shares the same look and message, and your campaign feels like one idea whether someone sees it on paper or on a screen.
One system
Every piece looks like it belongs together. We build a shared set of layouts, type and colours for each campaign, so print and digital pieces are instantly recognizable as yours.
Format-smart
Designed for how each channel works. A billboard, an email and a story are read differently, so we adapt the message and layout to each rather than shrinking the same design.
Print and screen
Production done right for both. Print files get proper colour profiles and bleeds, while digital files are sized, compressed and checked to look sharp on every screen.
Fast adaptation
New sizes and formats without starting over. Because the system is planned up front, adding a new ad size or channel is quick work rather than a whole new design round.
We’ve earned some good company. Recognize anyone?
Beyond their technical expertise, what truly stood out was how personally invested the team was in our success. They took the time to understand our business priorities and consistently aligned their work to meet those objectives.

We had an incredibly short and aggressive timeline that Envy Design Co. met, delivering an incredible website. After the websites were launched, leads continued to come in.

Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to measurable outcomes made them feel like genuine partners rather than just a vendor. They are terrific.

Frequently asked questions.
What does print and digital design include?
Campaigns and materials designed for both print and screen: ads, brochures, emails, banners, social posts and more.
Print and digital design means your message stays consistent wherever people see it. A campaign might start with a print ad and extend into email, social media, web banners and in-store signage. We design a core idea that works across all of them, then adapt the layout, sizes and details for each format. Print needs high resolution and precise colour; digital needs to load quickly and read well on phones. Designing both together saves time and helps people recognize your brand at every touchpoint.
Can you adapt our existing campaign to new formats?
Yes. We can take an existing idea and adapt it to new sizes and channels.
Adapting a campaign is often the smartest way to get more value from an idea that's already working. We'll review your existing campaign assets and brand guidelines, then adapt the design for new formats such as social media posts, web banners, email headers, posters or trade show graphics. Each format has its own constraints, so it's rarely a simple resize; we rework the layout so the message still reads clearly. If gaps appear along the way, like missing image sizes or copy that's too long for small formats, we'll suggest solutions.
Do you handle production?
We prepare print-ready files and digital assets to spec and can coordinate printing.
For print, that means files with the right dimensions, bleed, colour mode and resolution for your printer or publication. For digital, it means assets sized and optimized for each platform, ad network or email system, with attention to file size and loading speed. If you're running a campaign across many outlets, we keep track of each spec so nothing gets rejected. We can also coordinate printing with trusted partners, including quotes and proofs, so you don't have to manage multiple suppliers yourself.
Can you create templates?
Yes. We can create templates so your team can produce new pieces on brand.
Templates are ideal for print and digital materials you produce regularly, like flyers, social posts, email newsletters, event posters or sales sheets. We design the layouts and build them in tools your team uses, such as Canva, PowerPoint, Word or Adobe, with your brand's fonts, colours and styles built in. Your team can update text and images quickly without needing a designer, and everything still looks consistent. We'll also show your team how to use them so the templates actually get used.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of pieces and formats. Every project is quoted individually.
Print and digital design projects can range from a handful of pieces to a full campaign across many sizes and channels. Cost depends on how many unique designs are needed, how many formats each must be adapted into, whether content needs writing and whether templates are part of the work. Printing and media costs are separate from design. Tell us what you need, where it will appear and your timeline, and we'll send a clear quote so you can plan your campaign budget with confidence.
