01 — Context

Condo website design for a connected Vaughan community

Liberty Development needed a web presence for Cosmos Condominiums, a new condo project at Highway 7 and Jane Street in Vaughan, Ontario, across from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and close to the new subway. They wanted a site that truly spoke to the connectivity of the project — how much of city life would sit within reach of the building.

Our condo website design took the project's name literally and built the experience around the night sky.

02 — The concept

A constellation of everything nearby

The homepage opens on a deep blue, star-filled hero. Over it, a fine white constellation joins points labelled Transit, Retail, Future, Community, VMC, Amenities, Urban, Destination, Park, Entertainment and Connected, with the Cosmos Condominiums logo at the centre. In one image, a buyer sees the pitch: this building is the hub of a connected neighbourhood.

Below, "This is Cosmos. Welcome home." leads into "A Community Ahead of Its Time," before a jagged mountain-like edge breaks into a white section where VAUGHAN fills the full width in bright yellow condensed type above "The City of Future."

From there, a yellow timeline guides visitors down the page through features like the two-storey lobby, so scrolling feels like a guided tour — an approach we write about in storytelling through web design.

03 — The result

A condo website with a point of view

Navigation keeps buyers' key questions one click away: Project, Location, Floorplans, Builder, Register and Contact. The dark blue, white and yellow palette gives Cosmos a look that is distinct from typical condo marketing while staying easy to read.

We designed several condo sites for developers in the construction and real estate space around this time, including SF3 Condos and Yonge Park Plaza.
