Bhatia Psychology Group
Website design for Bhatia Psychology Group, a Richmond Hill and Calgary psychology practice, organizing 49 pages of therapy and assessments around people.

01 — The practice
Care for every stage of life
Bhatia Psychology Group is a team of clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and social workers led by clinical director Dr. Maneet Bhatia, C.Psych. The practice has offices in Richmond Hill, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta, and offers in-person, phone and online therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, families and seniors.
Alongside therapy, the group runs a busy assessment practice: ADHD, autism, psychoeducational and giftedness assessments for kids and adults, plus medical-legal, WSIB, motor vehicle accident and immigration assessments. That's a lot of services, and each one has a different audience and a different question it needs to answer. Our job was to design a website that holds all of it without ever feeling clinical or confusing.

02 — Structure
Start with who you are, not what we offer
Most people looking for a therapist don't know the difference between CBT and EFT. They know they're anxious, or that their teenager is struggling. So we organized the navigation around people and problems first: Youth and Adults for those choosing care for themselves or their family, and Conditions for those who can name what they're dealing with. Therapies and Locations are there for anyone who already knows what they want.
Every page sits in exactly one place, which keeps the menus short even as the site grows. We go deeper into this approach in how to structure a medical site with 20+ services.

03 — Design
Warm, human and a little bit hopeful
The look pairs a deep aubergine with a warm orange and a calm teal. Headlines are set in a clean sans with one or two words written in a handwritten script, underlined in orange: mental wellness, Live better, How we help. It's a small gesture, but it makes the site feel like it was written by a person, for a person.
Photography is close, warm and full of real expression, never stock-photo calm. Large portraits sit next to plain, reassuring copy, and the teal Speak with us button follows visitors down every page.

04 — Condition pages
Pages that answer the 2 a.m. question
Each condition page follows the same steady rhythm: what it is, the symptoms people commonly notice, the different types, how treatment works, and an FAQ that answers the questions people actually type into search. The anxiety page, for example, lists 9 common symptoms and 6 types of anxiety disorders before it ever asks for a booking.
Building every condition on one template means new pages arrive finished, and helps search engines understand how the practice's pages fit together, something we cover in multi-location clinic SEO structure.

05 — The team
Find your therapist
Choosing a therapist is personal. The team page lets visitors filter clinicians by location, type of treatment, specialty, assessment, age group and language, and each card shows the clinician's role and credentials at a glance. A tap opens a full profile.
It turns a long list of names into a guided choice, which is exactly what gets people to book.

06 — The result
A big practice that feels personal
Bhatia Psychology Group now has a website as broad as its practice and as warm as its clinicians. Families can find youth assessments in two clicks, adults can read about what they're feeling before they reach out, and lawyers and insurers can find medical-legal services without wading through therapy pages.
